Brambles Bakery & Cafe was created first and foremost from a desire for delicious, homemade products.  Our passion for quality food has expanded into an atmosphere ideal for savouring something amazing with friends and family in our own community.

Brambles Bakery & Cafe is Dorothy Molnar, Irene Bennett and Sarah Molnar, working together with some wonderful staff to put downtown Merritt on the map for unique and tasty treats, fresh lunch selections and artisan breads from our own modified steam injection pizza oven.
